The one-paragraph version
If anything on this site is factually wrong — a price, a feature, a founding year, a claim in an article — tell us and a person will check it within two business days. Genuine errors get fixed, the page’s updated date changes, and material corrections to articles are noted on the article itself. Nobody needs to be a customer, a vendor or polite about it.
What counts as an error
- Profile facts — pricing, plans, features, platform details, company information
- Ranking inputs — a leaderboard position built on outdated or incorrect information
- Articles — factual claims, figures, quotes or attributions in blog content
- Labels — a sponsored placement missing its label, which we treat as the most serious error on this list
How to report one
Use the contact form with the topic “Report an error on a profile or ranking”, or email [email protected]. Include the page URL and, if you have it, a source for the correct information — it turns a two-day check into a same-day fix.
What happens next
- A person reviews the report within two business days
- Confirmed errors are fixed and the page’s last updated date reflects the change
- Material corrections to articles get a visible correction note on the article
- You get a reply either way — including when we conclude the page was right
Errors vs. disagreements
A wrong price is an error; disliking a tool’s rank is a disagreement. We correct the first on evidence and are happy to explain the second — but rankings only change when the underlying facts or user ratings do, never because someone asked firmly. Vendors disputing review content should read the review policy.
