Frequently asked questions

Is the free listing really free?

Yes. Any real, launched software product or AI tool can be listed at no cost, and the listing stays live for as long as the product is available. Free listings are published within 2–4 weeks, depending on how many submissions we are reviewing.

Are paid plans a one-time payment or a subscription?

Both paid plans are a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. With Featured Listing, your product is shown on the homepage for 1 month. With Premium, your product gets homepage visibility and priority category placement for 1 year. When that period ends, your listing and verified badge stay live.

What does a verified listing mean?

The verified badge shows buyers that we have confirmed you are the official owner or representative of the product. It does not mean we endorse the product or rate it more highly.

What happens after the homepage visibility period?

For Featured Listing, your product leaves the homepage after 1 month. For Premium, homepage visibility and priority placement in your categories end after 1 year. Everything else stays in place, including your listing, verified badge and category visibility. You can renew any time to feature your product again.

Does paying improve my rating or ranking?

No. Ratings come from genuine user reviews, and editorial rankings are based on our research. Paid placements appear in clearly labeled sponsored spots and never change your score, your reviews or your position in a ranking. Read our advertising disclosure for details.

Do listings include a link to my website?

Yes, every profile links to your website. In line with Google’s guidelines, links in paid placements are marked as sponsored.

What if my product is not approved?

We’ll tell you why and how to fix it, so you can resubmit. If we can’t approve a paid listing, we’ll refund your payment in full.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can start with a free listing and upgrade to Featured or Premium at any time.
